Clean rooms, reasonable prices, close to the hospital, and the staff/manager are also very helpful and friendly.

the check in time is quite flexible, the owner is very friendly, free coffee & free snacks, the room is clean and looks new and neat. location strategic, there is restaurant, cafe, mart near the hotel, very convenient. Good choice for short stay.

A just so so 4 star

Claims as 4 Star but no kettle no mugs and tea / coffee and condiments in the room. Coffe maker at the lobby only. Who the hell wanna go down to brew and bringing the hot drink to the room using paper cup. Safety hazard to the other guests in the elevator. Come on you can do better man!Only provides water dispenser and iron and ironing board at a corner. No bath towels ready, we have to ask at the reception. Toilet roll was placed on the table not at the toilet rolls place. The bathroom was not mopped- wet all over.

The bed is good.. the lighting is good..

The air-conditioning is not very good.. felt warm due to the facing of bed and air-conditioning not right.. the curtain was dusty.. the bed and pillow also have slight dust.. No mirror in the room only available in the toilet..

Brand new hotel, basic facilities provided.

Check in was a hassle. Was given an access card to a room that wasn’t cleaned. Had to come down and collect another access card to different room. Went to the second room and it was dirty too. So went down again to wait for the third room. Took about 15 minutes for them to provide access card to the third room. Counter person apologised saying the housekeeper left on emergency. Location - close to main junction of a busy road. So parking can be tricky, have to find a spot along the shoplot.

Staff could be better trained to greet customers. They mentioned that parking is free but it's public parking and depends on availability. They should indicate that on the website. Also, they asked for RM100 deposit but only cash is accepted despite swiping my CC for payment.

The property is strategically located in Kulim, nearby to Kulim Hi-Tech Park. You can commute and move around Kulim from this property location easily. Rooms are clean and Hotel is well managed. Hotel staffs are friendly and very responsive.

Parking is a concern as this is something out of the control of the Hotel. So those staying need to make sure your car is secured outside and park nearby. Hotel does take note of your car plate number just to keep and eye during your stay.

the bed and the mattress was full of fungus and i need to let know the unexperienced staff and she is like giving me no any other option. I waited at the lobby the hotel after 5 hrs drive for more than 45 min to resolve this issue

cleanliness was zero and there is no parking facilities.

Mr. Chandran, the host, recommended we try the roti canai 'Selembut Sutera,' and this meal perfectly matches the suggestion.

Everything is beyond expectations, the Gentleman at the reception is very friendly, free coffee machine in the lobby, there is a water dispenser on each floor, the room is very comfortable, clean and spacious, comfy pillow and mattress, the shower is big and the water pressure is strong, easy to find delicious food, nasi lemak stall open in evening opposite hotel is very delicious, Don't forget the roti canai and chapati selembut sutera at the mamak restaurant next to the hotel so yummy.. I will definitely come here again .

However, I had already paid the total amount, including taxes, on the booking platform. There was no clear payment method indicated, and I mistakenly thought the charges would go to my credit card. Instead, I had to pay at the property with extra fees. It felt like a scam, and I've never had such a negative experience before. The room was tiny and had an unpleasant smell, making it difficult to sleep or breathe comfortably. This was the worst low-grade hotel I've ever stayed in. It may still be in business due to its location across from the Pejabat Kementerian Pendidikan Kulim, which seems to be the only option for customers in that area.However, I must give credit to the staff member who remained calm and professional throughout my rant about the situation.

Wi-Fi unable to connect on 2nd floor thus can’t watch the television using the wifi.Maybe it suddenly happens during my trip ☹️

It was a nice comfortable room with a good view of a school. Nice aircond . Fantastic android TV. Coffee machine in lobby. Toothpaste and brush provided
